Shipping Charges
We always ship by First Class delivery and usually ship the same day
Our shipping charges are very transparent and easy to understand
We charge £3 for the first mug you order plus £2 for each mug additional mug in the same order
upto a maximum of £12 /10 Mugs
(orders over 10 mugs will cost £15 regardless of number )
Shipping includes all insurances and we aim to to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt
Delivery is usually within 24-48 hours of dispatch
Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you may return any item for a full refund within 7 days
Custom mugs are excluded from the regulations as they are not resaleable.
DSR returns are made at your own expense
We will also replace any mug you are not happy with
